These terms are written for our school project and research system. They explain how PhishNet AI should be used in a simple and clear way.
1. Educational Use
PhishNet AI is built for educational and awareness purposes. It helps users study suspicious links, phishing indicators, guided training, and simple explanations.
2. Scanner Accuracy
The phishing scanner and AI assistant are helpful tools, but they are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Users should still verify important links before entering sensitive information.
3. Responsible Use
Users should use the system responsibly and should not submit harmful, abusive, or misleading content through the platform.
4. Training and Account Data
Signed-in users may have training attempts, badges, rank progress, and profile details saved by the system to support learning and progress tracking.
5. Public Training Profiles
Some safe training-related profile information may be shown publicly on the leaderboard, such as training stats, badges, and awareness rank. Sensitive personal information is not intended to be shown there.
6. Project Scope
PhishNet AI is part of a student research project from La Concepcion College and is not presented as a commercial or official cybersecurity service.
